Day 1 (Saturday)
Board M/V Mare Australis from the pier in Punta Arenas and begin your journey along Darwin's Route.
Day 1 (Wednesday)

Day 2 (Sunday)
Continue sailing at dawn through the Almirantazgo Fjord until you reach Ainsworth Bay where, from afar, you can see the Marinelli Glacier standing 40 metres tall. Disembark to visit a colony of Elephant Seals and, after a brief walk, arrive at a beaver dam.
In the afternoon disembark at the Bay of the Brookes Glacier to hike near the glacier.


Day 2 (Thursday)
Continue sailing at dawn through the Almirantazgo Fjord until you reach Ainsworth Bay where, from afar, you can see the Marinelli Glacier standing 40 metres tall. Disembark to visit a colony of Elephant Seals and, after a brief walk, arrive at a beaver dam.
In the afternoon visit Tucker Islet which houses a colony of Magellanic Penguins. Once back on board it will be possible to observe a colony of cormorants on the other side of the island and a rocky promontory with a large colony of sea lions and seals.
Day 3 (Monday)
Sail across the Beagle Channel and disembark at the Pia Glacier. You will take a short walk to an observation point for the view of the Glacier whose source is the middle of the Darwin Range.
Navigate through the Beagle Channel and appreciate the spectacular 'Avenue of the Glaciers' passing the Espaņa, Francia, Romanche, Alemania, Holanda and Italia glaciers.
Day 3 (Friday)
Disembark at the shores of the Garibaldi Bay for a tour through the Magellanic Forest.
Sail across the Beagle Channel and disembark at the Pia Glacier. You will take a short walk to an observation point for the view of the Glacier whose source is the middle of the Darwin Range.

Day 4 (Tuesday)
Sail through the Beagle Channel and Murray Channels to disembark in the Cape Horn National Park. Cape Horn is a natural sea wall almost 425 metres high that was discovered on 30 January, 1616 by a commercial expedition from the Netherlands and owes its name to the Port of Hoorn from which the expedition originated on 14 June, 1615.
Continue to Puerto Williams and disembark. At leisure with optional tours. Midnight sailing to reach the Argentine city of Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego.
Day 4 (Saturday)
Arrive in Ushuaia and disembark at around 0800 AM. (For those doing the 7-Night Punta Arenas to Punta Arenas cruise, optional excursions are offered such as a visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park & Lapataia Bay).




Day 5 (Wednesday)
Arrive in Ushuaia and disembark at around 0800 AM. (For those doing the 7-Night Punta Arenas to Punta Arenas cruise, optional excursions are offered such as a visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park & Lapataia Bay).
