One World Visit South America Airpass
(LAN & American Airlines)

The One World Visit South America Airpass is valid on all services operated by LAN (LanChile & LanPeru) and American Airlines and can only be purchased outside of South America prior to departure from the country of origin and only if arriving into and departing from South America with a One World Airline.

For the purpose of this Airpass, the definition of South America is as follows: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay & Venezuela. Please note that not all countries are operated to by One World Carriers.

One World Carriers include: American Airlines, Finnair, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN (LanChile, LanPeru, LanEcuador & LanArgentina), Malev Hungarian Airlines, Qantas and Royal Jordanian.

Minimum: 3 coupons
No Maximum limit

Main Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 day / Maximum stay: 12 months.
• Journey may start anywhere in South America.
• Children: 67% of fare. Infants: 10% of fare without a seat.
• Stopover/Routing: each flight counts as one coupon.
• Stopovers are limited to the number of coupons purchased.
• Reservations for the first sector must be made at time of purchase prior to departure from the country of origin. Reservations for open sectors may be made at any time prior to the day of departure on the sector concerned.
• No sector may be flown twice in the same direction.
• Routes and at least first sector must be fixed before issuing tickets.
• Rebooking and rerouting permitted against a charge of US$50 per change if any international sector is modified or US$20 per change if no international sector is modified provided that changes are made prior to the date for which travel is booked. Additional sectors may be purchased if required during the re-routing transaction.
• Cancellation/Refunds: Once issued the airpass is non refundable.
• Available to residents of the country of sale (United Kingdom) holding an intercontinental ticket on a One World Carrier into and out of South America.

Note: In addition to the airfares shown, we charge a booking fee of GBP28 per person (GBP20 per person  if you also book your longhaul flights with us.  Please note that some longhaul air fares may also incur a booking fee). Any refunds or ticket reissues are subject to an administration fee of GBP28 per ticket in addition to the airline charges specified.
