Carnival
in Rio de Janeiro
17-21
February 2012
Known as the Greatest Show on Earth, Rios Carnival is a spectacular demonstration of the parties for which Brazil is famous as the citys streets throng with drumming and dancing revellers for a five day celebration. The climax of Carnival are the colourful Sambadrome Parades where spectators are dazzled by the competing Samba Schools vying for the title of Carnival Champions.

Carnival Like a Native

This is the best way to enjoy the true spirit of Carnival. Live the emotion and excitement of this special celebration. You will be a guest at one of Rio's famous 'samba schools', you will be wearing your very own costume of the school and on parade night you will be taken to the Sambadrome where, in the company of your guide and fellow members of the 'Escola do Samba' you will participate in the unforgettable Carnival parade (the total time of parading is approximately 80 minutes). After parading, you can watch the rest of the parade if you wish to do so from one of the Sectors chosen (please note that if wishing to do so tickets for the actual parade must also be bought).
Price per person: TBA
